The philosophy behind this course is that ‘you cannot be spiritually healthy if you are emotionally unhealthy’. Combining six tools for emotional health with an understanding of contemplative spirituality, this course has led many people to a new freedom in Christ.
This is a four session course for any couples who are planning to get married. It considers what values you want to build your marriage on. Based on the marriage service, it explores aspects of life together that we might otherwise take for granted.
This is an eight week course designed for any married couple wishing to build a strong and lasting relationship.
This is a three-session course modelled on material from Australia called ‘Putting parenting to bed’. It is a values-based course as opposed to a skills course and we believe it has lots to offer those new to parenting and to those who have been parents for a while already.
